This Privacy Policy explains how Shazbro (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit shazbro.com, request a quote, or contact us about custom teamwear.

We are responsible (the “data controller”) for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Quote and contact requests: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, sport, approximate quantity and the message you send us.
- Order and design information: logos, artwork, team names, player names and numbers, size lists, delivery address and billing details you provide when placing an order.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or phone.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the website that referred you, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
Player names and size lists may relate to children (for example, school or youth teams). Please only send us this information if you are authorised to do so by the team, school or parent/guardian. We use it only to manufacture your order.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes, design proofs and samples.
- To manufacture, pack and ship your order, and to handle payments, invoices and after-sales support.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and export purposes.
- To keep our website secure, working properly and to understand how visitors find and use it.
- To send you occasional updates about our products, only where you have agreed or where the law allows. You can opt out at any time.
4. Legal bases (UK / EU visitors)
Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (to quote for and fulfil your order), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business and website, and to answer enquiries), legal obligation (accounting and export records) and consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing, which you can withdraw at any time).
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed with:
- Website hosting and technical providers (Hostinger) that store and run our website.
- Messaging platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) when you choose to contact us through them.
- Courier and logistics companies that deliver your order.
- Payment providers and banks that process payments.
- Google, which provides the web fonts used on this site (your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them).
- Authorities or advisers where required by law, or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
We are based in Pakistan and serve customers worldwide, so your information may be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected when it is transferred.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:
- Essential cookies and local storage – needed for the website, its security, the quote form, the WhatsApp chat button and to remember your cookie choice. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics / attribution cookies – for example WooCommerce order-attribution cookies (names beginning
sbjs_), which record how you arrived at our site (such as a search engine or social media link). They last up to 6 months and are only used if you click “Accept all”.
When you first visit, a banner lets you choose “Accept all” or “Essential only”. To change your choice later, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of this page, or clear the cookies in your browser.
8. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact, and order, invoice and export records for as long as required by law (usually up to 6 years). Artwork and logos are kept so we can repeat your order, unless you ask us to remove them.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may also request details of the personal information we hold; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising. To make a request, email info@shazbro.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (for example, the ICO in the UK).
10. Security
Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to your information to people who need it to handle your enquiry or order. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
